How To - Placing an Order


The below steps document how to place a created order.


  1. Once you have created your order it will sit within your basket and be displayed as per the below. Here, we can see the blue banner at the bottom of the order which informs us of the cut off time for delivery on the next available date.

  2. Select Place Order.



  3. You will now be presented with Supplier details, site delivery address and the pre allocated Delivery date schedule.


    4. Delivery days are displayed in green and the system will automatically default to the next available slot; you can, however, choose a new date accordingly then select Place Order



  4. You will now see the below displaying both the Order Number and the status of the order, which will now be visible within the order search.
